USHeatStake Updater

USHeatStake Updater is the desktop application for keeping the firmware on your U.S. Heatstake heat staking press or controller up to date. Download the Windows installer below, run it, and follow the on-screen prompts to apply the latest firmware to your equipment.

The current release is version 0.1.0 for Windows. The installer is provided free of charge for owners and operators of U.S. Heatstake equipment.

How to Install and Run the Updater

Download the installer using the button on this page, then double-click the downloaded USHeatStake-Updater-Setup-0.1.0.exe file and follow the setup prompts. Once installed, open USHeatStake Updater, connect your press or controller, and follow the in-app instructions to check for and apply firmware updates.

If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning for a newly published installer, choose “More info” and then “Run anyway” to continue. If you need help, an older version, or a build for a different platform, contact us or call (614) 549-0627 and our team will assist.
