Request a Quote — Contact U.S. Heatstake
Send us your part and we will return a free heat staking evaluation within 24 hours. We review the boss geometry, the resin, the assembly volume, and the cosmetic requirements, and we tell you whether impulse heat staking, brass insert installation, custom automation, or something else entirely is the right fit for your application. There is no charge for the initial review and no obligation to buy a press.
We are based in Roanoke, Indiana, and we serve manufacturers across North America. Reach the engineering team directly at (614) 549-0627 or info@usheatstake.com, or use the form on this page to send drawings, a parts photo, and any production volume or cycle time targets. The faster we see the part, the faster we can tell you what the joint will cost and how long the cycle will take.
What to Include in a Quote Request
The fastest path to an accurate quote: send the part drawing (STEP, IGES, PDF — anything we can read), the resin name and grade (glass-filled or unfilled, regrind percentage if relevant), the production volume per shift or per year, the cycle time target if you have one, and a few photos of the part in its current state. If a competing process is in play (ultrasonic, screws, adhesive), tell us — sometimes the right answer is to stay with what you have, and we will say so.
Typical quotes include the recommended press model, multi-up tooling layout, fixture and nest design, control package, lead time, and an estimated cycle time for your part. For custom automation projects we also include the station layout, part handling approach, error-proofing strategy, and PLC and HMI scope.
What We Build, At a Glance
Benchtop heat staking presses, multi-up tooling, brass insert installation systems, custom rotary and inline automation cells, robotic part handling integration, and the fixturing and process documentation that surround them. See Model BTP Benchtop Press, Impulse Heat Staking, Brass Insert Installation, and Custom Automation for product details, or the blog and design guide for technical background.
Lead Times and Support
Standard benchtop press lead times run 6 to 12 weeks depending on tooling complexity and current backlog; custom automation cells are quoted individually. After delivery we support installation, operator training, process validation, and tooling revisions as your parts evolve. Warranty and service terms are on the Terms & Conditions page.
The phone (614) 549-0627 reaches a real person during business hours, and email to info@usheatstake.com is monitored continuously. For published cycle data, troubleshooting guides, and application articles see the blog and common failures resource.
